Baseball team has tough travel to Troy

The FAU baseball team didn't hang around the dugout Wednesday celebrating after rallying to defeat Pittsburgh.
In fact, the team's demeanor was a tad subdued.
I guess that is what happens when you are staring a long bus trip to Troy in the face.
The trip is so long, FAU took two days to make the trek, leaving immediately after the game vs. Pitt on Wednesday for Friday's game.
The team was to stay the night around Lake City and finish the trip to Troy on Thursday.
But the Owls should be used to it. Almost two weeks ago, FAU did almost the exact same thing when it played three games in Auburn, which is close to Troy.
While the trip up probably wasn't fun, how well the Owls play vs. Troy this weekend will dictate how the trip home goes. If FAU plays well, the trip won't seem so bad. If FAU gets swept, like it did last season, it will be a horrible ride home.

Troy is shaking up its rotation for this weekend, according to the Dothan Eagle.
