When your co-workers bring up the Bears hiring Montreal coach Marc Trestman, show your Owl knowledge by telling them that not only did he coach FAU LB Michael  Lockley this season in the CFL, but he was Howard Schnellenberger's QB coach at Miami when he coached Bernie Kosar.

I'm a big Bears fan and don't know what to make of this hire.

But since I am also a FAU fan, I am a little more excited to know that.

Mayve there will be a  "Bear Down" cheer at FAU Stadium!

I'm also hearing that former FAU offensive coordinator Gary Nord, most recently at Purdue, could end up being a part of Trestman's coaching staff.
