One of the defensive backs FAU is scheduled to bring to campus today as part of the second of their three major recruiting weekends proved during his senior season that he can be an impact player on special teams.

While big-name recruits frequently make their name by returning kicks or punts, this Treasure Coast region player has excelled on the other side of the ball.

Sure, he returned one kickoff for a touchdown this season, but he also blocked a combination of eight punts, field goals and PATs.

“One of the major things that intrigue a lot of people about him is that he has a crazy, crazy knack for blocking kicks,”
