One of the players visiting FAU this weekend didn't have to leave his home county to make the trip. He hopes to make the short trip home with an offer from Owls.

Sumter S. C. quarterback Stephen Curtis actively recruited FAU long before the Owls offered him a scholarship during his official visit last weekend.

This weekend’s crop of official visitors also features a player trying to convince FAU to give him a scholarship – although he didn’t have to travel nearly as far as Curtis did.

And like Curtis, this Palm Beach County wide receiver would probably accept an Owls’ offer before making the brief drive back up I-95.
