BOCA RATON – When Mirimar-Everglades running back Cedric Thompson walked into the Oxley Athletic center he was impressed with the big picture of the 2007 FAU team taken before the New Orleans Bowl that hangs in the lobby.
Thompson likes the idea of helping the Owls make it to another bowl game. The 6-foot, 190-pound Thompson has an offer from FAU and is very high on the Owls’ list.
“This was my first time here and it's a real nice campus,” Thompson said. “I liked that poster where they showed all the guys before the bowl game and the classrooms where they have the meetings. It’s really nice here”
