BOCA RATON – It wasn’t quite Saturday’s record-breaking performance, but Nick DelGuidice will take it.
The FAU shortstop followed his nine-RBI performance by going 3-for-3 and driving in four more runs, allowing the Owls to breeze past Boston College 11-7.
“I really wasn’t even trying to do it again, it just happened,” DelGuidice said. “I’m seeing the ball good, but winning the series was the big thing.”
Like Saturday, the Owls fell behind Boston College (4-5) in the first inning but didn’t stay down long.
