Monday Morning Quarterback: FAU coaches think high school quarterback Justin Osking could have a future in Boca Raton as a tight end.

Fort Pierce-John Carroll quarterback Justin Osking sees a shift coming.
Even as he prepares to be John Carroll’s signal caller in 2010, he is readying himself to transition to a different position in college.
That’s why when he attended FAU’s individual camp a couple weeks ago he wasn’t running with the quarterbacks. Instead, he was catching passes as a tight end.
“I feel comfortable at it,” Osking said. ‘I can understand everything they’re doing because I knew the routes from playing quarterback. It just feels natural playing tight end.”
At 6-2, 244 pounds, Osking has the size to play tight end. He also has the strength. The Class 2 2009 discus champ and reigning Class 1 shot put champ benches 365 pounds and squats 525 pounds.
Northern Illinois has already extended Osking an offer, and FIU, South Florida and Purdue have joined FAU coaches who have shown interest ...
