Coming off a 6-26 season in 2008-09, FAU coach Mike Jarvis promised a new look to the Owls for the next season based on a recruiting class led by guards Ray Taylor and Greg Gantt.
The young Owls didn’t disappoint and made an immediate impact as FAU improved to 14-16 in the 2009-10 season.
Gantt and Taylor finished 1-2 on the team in scoring with 15.6 points per game and 14.2 respectively.

Jarvis is building a strong foundation with quality young players and by the time his young players are upperclassmen, the 2008-09 season will be a distant memory.
