On Saturday FAU faces Troy - the class of the Sun Belt Conference and a team which all but accused the Owls of injuring its quarterback. Did we mention it’s Senior Day at Movie Gallery Stadium and the  Trojans can clinch a berth in the New Orleans Bowl? No chance for the Owls right? Not so fast. FAU’s defense showed it can man up against a physical team and possible rain makes me think FAU has a chance. Troy will still win, but it will be closer than most think. Troy 27, FAU 21

Troy is the best team in the Sun Belt – there is no doubt. But FAU is also playing its best football of the season right now. Troy may have the better talent, but inclement weather could neutralize that advantage. Troy has the No. 9 offense in the nation, but they do most of their damage through the air. I should pick Troy, but there’s a big part of me that thinks Alfred Morris and the Owls can slosh to an upset. I’m going with that. FAU 34, Troy 32.
