FAU offered arguably the most productive tight end unit in the nation this season, and the younger players may offer even more promise.

In 2009, no FAU unit can claim to have been deeper – or for that matter more effective –than the tight ends.
After all it was tight end, Jason Harmon, and not a receiver who led the Owls in receptions (48) and yards (649), while tying receiver Chris Bonner with six touchdown receptions.
Add 43 more catches, 518 more yards and another four touchdowns from the combo of Jamari Grant and Darian Williams and you had arguably the most dangerous tight end corps in the nation.
