FAU shook up its rotation and sophomore Ryan Garton will get the call tonight at Louisiana-Lafayette.
This is a good move, but it is asking a lot for Garton to take the hill in front of the rowdy crowd for the 1,000th game at Tigue Moore Field.
It seems to me like Gipson would be the logical choice for Friday night, but then again Garton has had extended outings the last two Fridays.
We’ll see how he does tonight.
