Smith, Rose cheer on FAU baseball team

Former FAU football players Willie Rose and Rusty Smith decided to take in an Owls baseball game after work on Thursday.
You may have heard of their current employer – the Tennessee Titans.
Smith, the first FAU player ever drafted, and Rose went through a Titans OTA at the practice facility and then drove to Murfreesboro, Tenn. to watch the Owls defeat South Alabama in the Sun Belt Conference Tournament.
Smith was a standout baseball player before he came to FAU. His unique delivery throwing the football was derived from his days playing baseball and he was a frequent spectator at FAU Stadium watching the Owls the last few years.
FAU coach John McCormack made sure to walk over and say "Hi" to Smith and Rose following the game.
