• We haven’t forgotten that today could have been a big day in Boca Raton for the on-campus football stadium. However, today instead of the trustees voting on approval for the stadium, FAU VP David Kian will instead just update the trustees on the progress of the project. I talked to Kian on Monday and the trustees will likely hear plenty about the changes in rules by Division of Bond Finance. However, Kian re-iterated the stadium is still on track to open by 2011, although likely a few weeks later into the season.
